Intentional Presence in Nature - Little Rock Farm

Intentional Presence in Nature - Event details below from Stephanie Zink (Little Rock farm):

I truly value the moments when I can plop my butt down and take some time to be still, especially when I am out in nature.  I invite you to join me and my friend, Nancy Bloemer, for an afternoon to do just that - sit and be still in nature.

Nancy is a fellow Camp Springs resident, yoga and meditation teacher and an all around awesome human being.  She is going to lead us in this peaceful exercise which I think so many of us need right now.

This is her invitation:
Whether you call it mindfulness, noticing, forest bathing, or intentional presence, the benefits are undeniable. And like any other skill, it takes practice.  Join us for some quality time to practice your mindfulness skills in nature. Within the rolling hills, streams, fields, and trees of Little Rock Farm, we’ll begin this session with a mindfulness meditation. Then we’ll explore the Hawaiian practice of Nalu. Simply put, nalu is being at peace with something or someone.  Little Rock Farm is the perfect place to practice being at peace with nature and with yourself.

Fee: $40
